Professor Dr. Abu Yousuf Md. Abdullah founded Life & Hope Foundation in 2009 with a conviction that meaningful change begins by standing beside those who need support most. As Founder and Chairman, he provides strategic guidance, institutional leadership and a strong commitment to compassionate service. His experience spans education, business and public service, including roles as Director, IBA, University of Dhaka; Chairman, Northern Education Group; and Chairman, Prasad Group of Companies.

Noorjahan Abdullah supports the Foundation's strategic development and its transition into a more structured, evidence-based and internationally aligned social development organisation. Her work focuses on governance, programme design, partnerships, communications and impact measurement. She is also leading the Foundation's next major area of work: the economic empowerment of rural women through skills, employment, enterprise and financial independence.

Mr. Rabiul oversees programme implementation, institutional coordination and day-to-day operations. Working with the Founder, Vice-Chairperson, programme teams and local representatives, he helps translate the Foundation's strategic vision into organised, accountable and community-focused action.
